We came into the office today on Oct 7, and was greated with she is ob the phone so yiu can wait. Although there were 2 ladies(I use that in a general since) in the office; one could not have a moment to address potential residents. I have in my life experience such horrible customer service at a place you want people to call home. With that being said, I feel it is my duty to let others know about the type of service that your complex will provide. I will be posting on all social media and apartment websites. Please correct the type of employees behavior to encourage people to rent from your group. I do hope you understand people work hard for their money and should never experience bad service where they live.
