This property needs major updating for the area and the price of surrounding units. This property is not updated enough to charge the prices they offer. I moved into this property from out of town which I traveled 800 plus miles when I arrived the bathrooms were DIRTY the floors were barely swept and the way they advertised online was not an exact replica of what I got. Online they offer an over the stove range yet I received a small baby microwave on the counter. The staff are all amateurs and not really experienced in leasing they were very much scammers trying every way they can to scam their own community with bogus fees that were not legal. I wouldn't suggest anyone rent from these scamming people and beware look at the unit and the properties in surrounding areas before you go here this place is a scam to say the least and the manager is just not very bright but, neither is the regional manager either. Also, they are committing fraud with the water bills to make more of a profit the water bills here are averaging almost $200.00 for a 3 bedroom unit. I lived in a 3000 square foot home and my bill was never this much they will try to get any extra penny they can out of the residents than the manager had the audacity to say the average for a 3 bedroom is $200.00 I thought the water was based on usage?? I also have met alot of people who lived here and were all scammed out of their security deposits. STAY AWAY FROM PROPERTY THEY ARE SCAMMERS....

We are sorry that your apartment was not cleaned to your satisfaction at move in. Please know that we will always make things right if they are brought to our attention. The ADA accessible apartments do feature a different style kitchen, including microwave placement, but we try to make sure we let people know about the differences before reserving an apartment with us. The water/sewer bills are based on each individual apartments usage and we do provide our residents with a methodology memo if they have any questions. Our billing provider is also available to answer any questions. We did confirm with our billing provider that the meter equipment in your home was functioning properly during your residency.
