I love living here. It's quiet and peaceful. The leasing staff is very accommodating. Kiera and Terrance have been here a while & they are always helpful. I hope to continue living here. I also love the community events that the office hosts.

    Never used Apartment ratings. Love the community. Excellent staff. Prompt attention. Garbage pick up lax. Pet urinated in elevator Gross. Pest control not seen in building since April. How often do they spray.

      Nicer under old management. Property kept up nice and staff was very professional.Now trash is beginning to be a problem. Trash delayed for pick up. Staff don't responds to messages left. Several phone calls required.

            Staff members are professional. Hallways and entryways are in need of paint. Carpet need to be replaced on basement entry of building 3000. Dog feces. Stairwells are not being swept on a regular basis. Will not renew lease.

              It had had its highs and lows. But moderately high. Id say an ok experience overall. The management gas gotten a lot better since I moved here. I love Emily and Terrance. They communicate much better! It's really appreciated
