I lived at Amelia apartments for about 3 years by myself in college, and I loved it. The staff was super cool. I was happy to have washer and dryer hookups and a good size apartment (Could get crowded with probably more than 3 people). I felt safe living there, and they let me paint the walls and hang a bunch of ---- up. When I moved out, I didn't get any bills even though I ----ed up the carpets and didn't repaint anything back to white. Whenever anything broke, the maintenance guy was always out there either that day or the next. There are families and military and young people. There was a cop a couple apartments down. My neighbors were all cool and quiet. There wasn't anywhere I could tell where there was like 30 people living in one which was a lot different from my first apartment. It stayed pretty kept up and the communal yard areas were nice. I really don't have much bad to say about the place. My experience was good. It's not the ritz or anything, but it's cheap, safe, clean, and in a fairly good area.
