I have been living in this apartment for a year. In a one bedroom, one bath. The rent was $600 when I first signed my lease, they have now raised rent to $640. This apartment has no light fixtures at all, built in 1987. My neighbor just recently moved out of her apartment because her unit was leaking water and caused her apartment to smoke. I just experienced a plumbing problem, once I arrived back from my vacation, and I cut on the water from my tub and the water from under my toilet drained out on my floor. When I flushed my toilet, the water continued to drain out on the floor. Caused my whole bathroom to flood, hence the bathroom size is not big at all. I called the emergency line three times at 12 am, just to be told i can't have the maintence guys number and they had called but he could not be contacted. I never received a call back but the maintence man did not arrive until 12 the next afternoon. The leasing office was also no help, I didn't receive a phone call when They arrived in (which is 8 am) to see whether the issue had been handled or not. I will not be signing another lease at this complex.
