I recommend to not live in these apartments unless you have nowhere else to go. We moved in to the apartment over 3 years ago. The first year we were here, our AC leaked, which meant they came and tore up our carpet. We were promised new carpet (where the leak was). No one ever came back to repair/replace the carpet. The carpet is now held down with duct tape so that our child and dog do not get hurt (again). All of the cabinets are warped and we have had an ant/termite problem since moving in. We tried to negotiate our rent, since it was almost $100 more than what they were charging new tenants; however, after stalling us with false hope, we were forced into signing a new lease paying the higher rent or we would have been paying out of our pocket to get out of the lease. They are not 100% honest and will say whatever they need to say to get your business. If you are thinking about living at this complex, take a walk around the grounds to see if they have their dog waste problem under control. We have a list of complaints that would be impossible to put on here. The only reason we have not moved out is because we are trying to get out of the area and were unwilling to pay the money to move to a new place for a short time. These apartments are not really family friendly, as advertised. There is a lot of drinking and partying going on. They do not care who they put in each building, as long as they fill the apartments.
