I lived in Woodcrest Apartments for 1 year and hated it. The rent was way to high I could have rented a 3 bedroom house for what I was paying there for a 1 bedroom. And the only reason that we stayed is that that was the only type of apartment available at that time. We were new to the area and had to find a place to live very quickly and didn't have time to look around. We had several problems that we went to the manager about and he would tell us that he would have it looked at and never did. There are no aminities. The washer and dryers in the laundry left our clothes dirtier than they were to begin with. The complex is not kid friendly. There are no sidewalks meaning you had to walk in the road to throw away your trash and to check your mail and risk being hit by speeding cars. The manager really was a jack----. He was very rude and vulgar on most occasions. And about him living in the complex to be accesable for tenants, yes, he may live there, but if you do go to his apartment about anything during or after hours he will let you know that he does not appreciate anyone coming to his home and that is why he has office hours...which he is never at because the office is usually closed all the time for unknown reasons. We liked our neighbors but that's the only positive thing that I can say about living there. I WOULD NOT reccomend any one EVER to live in Woodcrest Apartments. EVER!
