As we always appreciate residentâ??s positive and negative feedback we also encourage residents to bring their concerns to the Property Manager to allow a solution to be found. We do take pride in our community and residents and want all to have a positive living experience with us. The gates have been working very well. When we had the snow and ice earlier in the year the gates were opened to prevent cars from sliding and possibly hitting the gates. When our gates are inoperable it is our goal to get them repaired as soon as possible, but we sometimes have to work with an outside contractors schedule for repairs. When we receive a work order it is also our goal to respond within 24-48 hours. We are also human and work orders can fall through the cracks. As we are now under new Management as of 2/1/14 we anticipate great things as this is now an owner operated community and the new owner does have the best interest in the upkeep of the community.
