Pros: Staff is honest and nice. The grounds are well kept. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. The residents are not rowdy. As an older woman by myself, I never felt at all unsafe. Cons: My biggest problem was mold. The apartments are quite dark on the inside and old. The mold was so bad that all my belongings smelled like it and so did I. However, I did not try to get this problem fixed nor did I live in an "updated" unit (theres a few of those), so I can't verify that a lot of the units have this issue. But, it was really intrusive and is something to consider. Also, there were a significant amount of roaches, but as an experienced apartment renter, this is not a surprise given that these are old and ground level. The interior is also very out-dated but the real problem with the look is how dark it is.
