Jordan has been very helpful when I have an issue. She is friendly and personable. The issues that I have had still are not resolved but were addressed. The community as a whole is ok but it is definitely not what is advertised online.

The Palmer have the potential to be. Great Community. If they can get maintenance and the trash under control. The Apartments are very roomy but the painting was horrible and poor quality. Overall I did love how roomy my apartment was

Run away from here .. As fast as you can.. If anything needs fixing in your apartment you have a better chance of being struck by lightning or winning the lottery before anyone comes. INEPT STAFF is the best description for management here at the Palmer..

This is my home and I love it. The staff is great the maintenance staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the jobs they do. The manager has done a lot of things that have brought great changes to the office and property.
