It is a nice apartment complex. Over the last year or so the new residents that own pets don't pick up after their dogs. So it has become the norm to see pet bombs in front of the buildings along the walkway and the rear and sides of the buildings are covered with poop at times. Maybe they could hire someone to clean the poop daily and charge the dog owners additional fees.
