Not the Safest
The Apartments spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff is nice 75% of the time. My complaint after living there for 1.5 yrs is the safety. I lived on Burdette Dr apartments during two winters. Each winter several tenants had their vehicles broken into. Inā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Be ready to pay exorbitant Electricity bill!
It looks like these guys make you pay for the lobby lights and washer-dryers also..Be ready to pay minimum $100.00 of electricity bill even if you use the power to its minimum, In winters the bill goes to as high as $200 sometimes, and ifā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not sound proof like they said but very big
There is noise coming from outside which i can live with but I can hear the neighbors showering. Also the parking is terrible if you have a smaller car, bigger cars block you from both ways and some people go real fast.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Response to Complaints
I am thinking of moving here. I called the management to ask them about the complaints listed on this website. In all honesty, I was really surprised at how upfront and willing they were to discuss the situations. I considered that a positive sign. Iā¦Ā See More >RyanRich83

Do NOT move into these apartments
I have been living in Pheasant Run for over 5 months now and have had a serious bug problem. We have had drain flies since October. The response to our problem has been pathetic, plus they wouldn't give us any kind of discount for theā¦Ā See More >brighteyes84

Very happy with my stay here
I've lived in pheasant run for almost 2 years now and haven't had a problem yet. I would and have recommended them to many of my friends. Parking and lighting isn't the greatest, but I still feel safe coming home at night. I've heard ofā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I really like living here. It is always quiet. Sometimes I can here the people above me, but that is only occasionally and it isn't a nuisance. The lighting at night isn't the greatest, but they have put up more light fixtures since I haveā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Nice apartments, bad parking & lighting
The apartments at Pheasant Run are very well built. These apartments are the quietest I have ever lived in. The buildings and grounds are beautifully kept. The apartment is solidly built. There's a nice playgroud, beautiful pool, basketball courts, and tennisā¦Ā See More >jadeew
