The staff are some of the most rude people I have ever encountered. They act appalled whenever we brought up a maintenance issue... the place above us had a leak and was running down the walls. And to fix the problem they just cut a bunch of holes in the ceiling exposing dirt and mold and who else knows what els. They then leave them there for 3 months and act appalled that you ask them to patch them.
