I haven't even moved in to The Hampton at Coral Ridge yet, but I'm already extremely pleased with my decision to sign a lease with them. Normally, I would make sure to visit each apartment and throughly compare it to our needs. However, I didn't have a chance to travel to the Coralville/Iowa City area before needing to rent. So I studied apartment reviews, and this complex received the best praise by far. Working with Mike and Marisa figuring out amenities and lease arrangements was such a breeze and a wonderful experience. They take great care to make you feel at ease, and you feel much more like you're talking to a friend than a leasing agent. I am confident that the attitude with which they deal with prospective residents transfers to those living in their apartments. I am extremely excited to move in, and am certain I will love my time at The Hampton at Coral Ridge!
