I rented an efficiency through them (I believe Heritage owns them) and was satisfied. It was nothing special but it worked. The fridge was small and I had to buy a freezer. Not sure about the X Bedroom apartments though. The price was right, utilities were paid and they fixed things quickly. I got married so I had to move to a bigger place but if I had to do it over again, I'd still rent there.
