The Heights Apartments are nice. There are always going to be things people dislike. Its a beautiful view, the size of the apartments are nice, I do not have a problem with noise. The Maintenence guy is wonderful, he is a super nice guy and will talk with you. He is able to get to your probably as soon as he can. He will acknowledge your appearnce. On the other head I think the staff here is terrible. This is the reason why i am not going to be living at the Heights. I have heard other problems with them. I will just asking a simple question. The lady snapped at me and treated me like i should not be there if i had those kind of questions. So i asked if there was a way i can get a hold of or email their boss. Then the other lady yelled at me and i almost started crying. I never said i had a problem. So they would not tell me any way i could rate them. So i called another apartment complex and i had this lady tell me what the management can and can not do with a customer. So this lady showed me this. The next time i will recommand this place is when you get new staff members and are kind and will fill free to anwser your questions.
