I've lived at the Heights about 6 months now. Let me just say, I'm very happy the old manager is gone. She was NEVER in the office so you couldn't talk to her about problems - but when she was there, problems were fixed promptly. My roommate and I didn't have a lot of problems, there were just a few things we needed to have sorted out when we moved in that never were achieved. New management came in about a month ago and things couldn't be better. I love the Heights! Only negative thing I can think of - snow removal. We got nearly a foot of snow over yesterday and today and the parking lot hasn't been touched.
