As someone who has lived at The Heights for nearly 10 years, I have to say that things have never been worse at The Heights. The previous manager actually cared about her tenants and showed pride in taking care of her residents. The new manager is all about collecting money and showing no concern at all for the people who live here. How could a complex with a 20 % vacancy rate be a great place to live? My lease is up in the fall and I can't WAIT to get out of this hell hole. Things have continued to go down hill since the old manager left and it will never be the same again.
