Pros: The landscaping is beautiful and the community is great. We never had any problems with the office staff and they tend to be pretty quick on getting things fixed. The people who live there seem to be great people. It's not one of those complexes where you a really worried about the neighbors(I'm speaking about the complex itself. Outside community not so great). Cons: The apartment â??looksâ?? nice as it is painted with bright neutral tones and has nice looking trimming. You will notice after you move in though it was built with very cheap material. All the cabinetry reminds me of when you would buy cheap furniture from Wal-Mart; donâ??t knick it or it will come apart like saw dust and brief exposure to water and it is done for. They also equipped the kitchen with the cheapest appliances possible. Insulation is very poor and not helped by the cheap windows. Thin walls really help you to get to know your neighbors. You get the â??luxuryâ?? look but not the quality. It cost allot of money to live there and I didnâ??t really feel I was getting what I paid for.
