Alexis at Perry Point is the best apartment complex in Davenport, IA! The apartments are modern, updated, safe, very spacious and very well kept on the inside and out. My best friend and I lived there while studying at Palmer College of Chiropractic. The apartments are not loud and we never ever heard our neighbors! We had a dog and the complex is very dog friendly! There is a dog park and poopy bag strategically placed throughout the entire complex. The pool and gym were utilized on a regular basis. If there was ever to be a maintenance problem (which happened ONE time in 2 years), the maintenance guys were there in a flash! AMAZING staff, great place to live; we miss it so much!! Rent here...you won't be disappointed!!
