There are worse options out there. But there are certainly problems with this complex that any potential tenant should be aware of. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to hang your hat, this is not it by any means. The complex is nestled on the corner of a very very busy intersection and you hear cars, trucks, and countless motorcycles every hour of the day. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor's television, conversations, and sneezes. God forbid they have a dog like my neighbors did, and it practically becomes your dog too because you hear every single bark. The people that work at the main office are nice but do not seem to take initiative or go the extra mile. They do not return phone calls. They never seem to be physically in the building when you need them. And when they are in the building, they often take long lunch breaks in the leasing office. When you walk in to ask a question, they make you feel like you're bothering them. What added insult to injury was the money they took out of my security deposit for no documented reason. (Not to mention they processed the deposit two months late as well). They took out a portion of it without notification. When I told them I had thoroughly cleaned the apartment and was curious to see what I had forgotten, they couldn't name a reason. Not a room, not an appliance. Nothing. They very well could have just taken out the amount as a revenue generator. This is one of the most expensive apartment complexes in the Quad Cities. Their facilities, professionalism, and accountability should match that price tag. In my opinion, it is not worth the money. I would not recommend this complex to a friend.
