I'm in my apartment freezing to death right now. The heat has gone out in the building at least 3 times now this winter and it's only January. There are cockroaches everywhere making me never want to use the kitchen. Half of the windows don't close all the way so air just leaks in. The walls and ceilings are super thin...I can hear entire conversations and every footstep from above. Water temperature is very inconsistent in the shower and sinks. We've had problems with our door's deadbolt not working with the keys they made us. The stove/oven is tiny also making it difficult to cook. There is no overhead lighting in the living room requiring you to buy lamps if you want to see anything. The lights in the kitchen over the sink and stove didn't work upon moving in. The hall closet is tiny. Also, the a/c unit is in one of the bedrooms instead of the living/main room! This makes no sense...My roommate freezes while the rest of the apartment is a sauna during the summer months.
My point: Don't move in here unless they make some major changes!! It's not worth the seemingly good price.
