Do NOT MOVE HERE not a family environment
Been here since feb 2023. Lots of negligence on managements part. Garage is unmanaged. They refuse to replace air conditioning units. There is no maintenance here. Half the sockets in the house dont work in each room. Stuffs been broken since day one. Pool wasā¦Ā See More >anonymous

It's okay. 10/10 WOULDN"T reccommend.
Communication is terrible here. They don't tell you when things are being fixed, or when/why the pool is going to be closed. I'm sure they are short on staffing but maybe Elevate Living should actually listen to their name. The apartment unit itself is reallyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Ingerhell Towers needs to be sold or leveled
Save yourself the depression and $ and do not move there. It is not a safe building and it is not controlled in any fashion. It used to be the gem of upper Ingersoll and now is a cross between section 8 housing and Crackville.ā¦Ā See More >liamartin0613@outlook.com

Luv it
I love the convenience of living on Ingersoll Avenue and everything it offers. Ingersoll Towers takes care of everything so I can go live my life. Maintenance does a great job and underground parking is great!

Proficient and attentive staff. Underground parking. Close access to downtown. Affordable. Nice neighbors. Ease of access to and from work. Walk-ability to Ingersoll Avenue businesses. Great Place to live.

Great apartments at reasonable rates. Management and maintenance very responsive. Close to downtown. An awesome building with great neighbors. If you like a building with a lot of charm you will love Ingersoll Towers.
