I can't believe how many bad reviews have been given to this apartment complex. It's on two bus routes, and is across the street from a supermarket and Southgate Shopping Center. All the people are friendly and get along harmoniously. The management is friendly and efficient. It's quite a safe area to live in. I have never had a problem with pests. One of the first place I can say that about. I feel like I'm giving away one of Des Moines' best kept secrets. Seriously, I'm doing this, because I feel like it's true. Not because anyone has persuaded.
