There’s always bugs outside our unit in the stairwell. Their communication sucks ---. They cut the coax cable during renovation, knew about it, never told us about it until I had to figure out the hard way when mediacom came. They literally do not care to communicate with their residents. They were closed from Monday to Thursday one week and I didn’t know this until I had to drive to the sister complex to find out from a flyer they were closed. I left voicemails, messages, and a maintenance ticket Tuesday and Wednesday not knowing anything. Went to talk to the property manager about setting up my internet which requires them to fix the coax cable mind you I called Friday, requesting someone to come Monday or Tuesday to fix the cable but no one came but while on the phone was never told they were going to be closed due to their “Staff Celebration”. Property manager had said they were open Wednesday morning but nobody called me back or messaged me back. We were without internet for 3 weeks (roommate and I work from home). Staff is almost never in the office, there are 4 people from what I had seen when I went into the other office and almost every time I call nobody answers. Not to mention, the property manager, Molly, spoke ill of my roommate and I to the Mediacom supervisor saying we were “uncooperative” for asking her to send maintenance to our unit only when someone is home as I didn’t feel comfortable having someone come into our home without anyone being there.
