We lived here for a year and 3 months...in that time the management shifted hands a bit...We had problems with water in our apartment but they got it fixed right away...the management was very good to us and we never had a problem. Some other tenants there said nothing but bad things but those were typically the people late on rent or who have caused problems around the apartment in the first place...its people like that that caused animals to be banned etc. If people would follow the rules in the first place there wouldnt be a problem
