Well where do I start with this. We had problems with the apartment building smelling like pot, and no action being taken. Our neighbor screamed at her kids 24/7 and nothing was done by the land lords, or DHS about it. The biggest complaint of all though was not getting our security deposit back. The landlord made the comment upon move out inspection that the apartment was cleaner than when we moved in... So how does that justify getting $80 back out of a $400 deposint? Well the oven wasnt cleaned on the inside. We fought them on it then recieved another $160 check. So tired of fighting them and I do not reccomend renting there.
