Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Horrible experience. Rude and Lazy property manager and Landlord. Asked property manager numerous times for the sink and dishwasher to be fixed and was never done. Then was charged for the repair and not given the deposit back. Apartment was left in better shape then when we moved in. We even hired a cleaning company to deep clean the carpets and walls but were still charged to have them cleaned again. Not to mention the Landlord chain smokes so the entire building smells like cigarettes so you can never have your windows open. Also you MUST set timers when doing laundry. If you leave your laundry in the drier for as much as 5 min over when the direr finishes the landlord will CONFISCATE your personal items. There for several time I was told to "walk down the stairs quieter".. both property managers are unemployed so were home 24/7 and clearly had nothing better to do then harass tenants. We had several neighbors file harassment charges on the landlord things got so out of hand. I have never had any type of issue with any previous apartment and have always had great relationships with my previous landlords however this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I highly recommend to look elsewhere for apartments or housing.
