The most irritating thing about this apartment complex is the lack of "24/7" maintenance promised to its tenants. Maintenance does not come unless personally emailing the landlords first. Upon first moving in, the place was not cleaned. There were stains in the cabinets and drawers, the heaters were dusty and filthy, and there was mold surrounding the shower (which they attempted to cover up with paint). And it took us personally emailing them to come in and fix it, which they attempted to cover it up with caulk and paint once again. The medicine chest in the bathroom was falling off the wall, and it took weeks before maintenance came in and fix it. There was no bar to hang towels on in the bathroom and 3 months later and still don't have one. The washer leaves soap residue on dark clothes and I have had the dryer dye some of my clothes pink. When confronted about this, they disagreed with us and said it was our fault. Closet doors were broken or close to breaking. The window in the living room leaks and still continues to because no one has come in to fix it. I would not recommend living here, despite the price.
