Overall, this community is pretty good compared to the other options nearby. Definitely not free from all the standard annoyances of apartment living (unattended children in the parking lots, lack of parking, weird hallway smells, etc...) but you'll have that everywhere you go and it seems less bothersome here. It's a quiet community that feels safe. The clubhouse is great for small children's birthday parties or gatherings and often has tenant activities going on the other community. Two bed/two bath feels spacious. Walls aren't super soundproof (but again normal for apartment living). Overall it's a nice place to live. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an online payment option to come soon. The newer Hubbell community half a block down the street has it but cedarbrooke doesn't yet.
