Terrible. Don't live here. This is the second summer in a row that these apartments have been without a grounds keeper, so if the grounds look nice it is only because tenants pick up. Christmas lights on the leasing office were taken down in July after being left up for 2.5 years. Pool hasn't worked for 2 years (had no water heater last year, how sanitary. This year it has had no water except for the rain water which collects and festers). The manager is too busy planning her wedding to pick up garbage or care that your toilet wI'll go another week before getting fixed as it is a low priority. The leasing office caught fire twice and will probably burn down completely for the third time. Come see incompetence in action, but go live somewhere else.
