This place is really nice and everyone is very friendly. It doesn't look like they are 15 years old. They answered my maintenance requests within a week. I really feel safe here and it is fairly quiet. The only thing I would say is that if you're not a smoker, I wouldn't live here. My apartment smells like I smoke 10 packs a day and I've never touched a cigarette in my life. Besides that, it is a nice place to live.
