Absolute worst apartment I've ever lived in. Don't be fooled like I was. They look nice from a distance but if you look close enough you'll realize how poorly constructed they actually are. Which is fine and easy to get over because I don't own this apartment.. I moved in during the winter months and had no idea what problem was just around the corner. Now it's July and it's pretty hot out. My AC runs nonstop and I actually mean 24/7 My apartment only gets to about 75 at night. Talked to management and they had there maintenance take a look at it a week later... Maintenance said that everything seemed to be working well. They actually told me 75 is a tolerable temperature!! They still have yet to do anything about it. I've talked to them and corporate numerous times about this situation and they honestly could care less. I also agree with some of the other comments people have made. They are constantly coming into residents apartments time and time again.
