Terrible customer service, irresponsible management and completely overpriced. We moved two and half months ago and CANNOT wait for the lease to be up. Two weeks into the lease, we discovered a hole in the roof that worsened with the rain. It was obvious that the roof had previous water damage and management still lied to our face and said it was the first time. Pieces of the ceiling drywall have since then fallen off, revealing a long crack. The water damage can also be seen on the paint. Not only has it been a complete rip off but it has also been embarrassing to have guests over when you can see the very visible water damage. To top it all off, the regional manager (Stephanie) never returns our phone calls, we have even had to personally go into the main office and have the lease agent call her for us. In this case, she answers the phone calls but refuses to speak to us, which is nothing short of unprofessional, disrespectful and ridiculous. DO NOT live here, unless you want to pay $1000+ a month to live in an apartment with holes in the walls and rude and negligent apartment managers.
