We love these apartments! The location is perfect. Parks, trails, grocery and restaurants all with a ten min walk! The people here are friendly and the front office girls are nice. Maintenance goes back and forth. Most of the time you get someone right on the ball. Once in a while you don't. Lots of parking space with options of a garage. The grounds are beautiful with lots of trees and shrubs for privacy. The apartment is spacious and nice with plenty of storage and closets. The lease and billing can be confusing so I always speak with the office when getting a bill. The tend to send a water, waste and amenities bill separate from the lease then it's posted on the lease payment too. This is confusing and should be addressed by management. Over all I love it here though.
