I've been here 7 months and we've had at least 3 different Managers. 1. The day I moved in, I showed up to get the keys, they had NO IDEA I was moving in. 2. The cleaning crew showed up to do the final clean AS WE WERE moving in. There had been new tile laid, so entire townhouse was full of dust, etc. 3. We looked at an empty unit, that we were told would be what we were getting, NOPE. Totally different. 4. One reason we moved here, was for the walk-in shower, for my disabled brother. Well, the girl who showed us around initially, assured us we'd have that, but guess what? Nope. They'd accommodate us if we paid for it. Joke! 5. We pay $1,465/month and the Maintenance crew sucks. 6. Dezra in Omaha is RUDE!! JUST Fyi 7. On our move in checklist, I indicated no bedroom screen in my room. Seven months later, you guessed it. 8. Oh, those new tiles I mentioned? Manager said the tile guy they had been using messed up several units because apparently he was drunk. 9. They finally came to fix them last week. Still JUNK with a GARBAGE installation. 10. Received a referral to move here. Was told he would receive $375 credit for referral. Did he? Nope. Ridiculous.
