They are dishonest. They will do anything to squeeze more money out of you. If you need a repair it rarely gets fixed properly the 1st time. There are way too many cars per building. They won't let you write a check for payment. They threatened to throw me out because I went to work and didn't wash my dishes before I left. Total bs. No warning just immediate threat of eviction. They expect you to adhere to the lease, but they don't hold their end of it. They let dogs bark all night and let people blast music with no consequences. For what they charge, utilities should be included.
