Quiet community with a lot of potential growth in the surrounding area. Many great restaurants just down the street. Mulitple storage options within a mile. Dog parks, gyms, coffee shops, grocery stores, and pharmacies all within a few minute drive.

Autumn Ridge is really good apartment building. The community looks good to. My unit is the brand new and very nice plus I got it in my budget. No thing better that that. I am very happy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Autumn Ridge is a great place to live. Very friendly staff and a great location in the Des Moines Area. There is a nice bike path close as well as schools and many other things for families. I recommend!

Office staff is efficient and nice. Maintenance always responds to issues right away and fixes the problem promptly. Snow removal is not too good. They speed through the lots with reckless abandon and don't clear out many spots

The amenities are available to what we need. Clean and new apartment. But no playground for the small kids. I like the hardwood floor and love the kitchen counter, quite neighborhood and environment. All in all we love it!

So far not bad except for load noise above me. Heavy floor traffic late at night almost last key they are running and moving furniture around. I have complained to the managers about it, so far hasn't improved.

It's a good location and place to live. The people are nice and the location is very easy to get to. The community is a good place to be for many reasons. The apartment comes with good perks and they are nice to work with.

We've only lived here for a week. So far we have had a good experience, the staff is nice. The apartments are clean & everything works properly. The only bad thing is, the walls are thin & you can hear your neighbors.
