I love my apartment, but management here needs a lot of work. This place over charged us for 3 months.When I went to fix the mixup, they had the balls to charge us a late fee for being 4 hours late. We specifically canceled the online payment because they were taking too much money, and we brought a check into the office asap. I wish I could charge them a fee for charging us an extra $50 a month because someone entered something wrong. The apartment manager admitted the mistake was their fault, and yet they refuse to waive the $50 late fee. We've never paid late even a day for the 2 years we've lived here. She told us that our information had been entered incorrectly, and that the system they use isn't very user-friendly. FIX IT. We're moving as soon as our lease is up. Also, FYI, they offer money and gifts to residents to leave positive reviews. These reviews don't contain a disclaimer informing readers that they are incentivized. PS: They sent a $10 Starbucks card to me as a thank you for writing this review. Which still doesn't fix the problem that they are incentivizing reviews without the proper disclaimers.
