I am living here since 2016 and so far my stay here has been very pleasant. Very Spacious,clean apartments. The layout of the Unit is very easy on the eye. Huge windows in the living room makes the unit look and feel generous. What I like : Spacious Units Modern fittings in the Unit Clean carpet Amenities are top notch Waukee School Dist Close by to J.Creek Pkwy Easy going staff - Leasing was made easy( I worked with Ryan on this ) Sufficient Car parking spots What I dont like : No CCTV cameras in the walkway but they are present at the entrance of the building Pet parents dont collect the dog poop and it is seen some times in the premises. But pet parents should act responsibly
