I've lived in the Winhall for three years and love it here! The property is always well-maintained and any issues I bring to the management are taken care of immediately - usually the same day. I love that they do quarterly pest treatments and they have a poo-prints program that keeps the grass free of dog poop. The units are nice with big windows, plush carpet/wood laminate, big kitchens with stainless steel appliances and a big washer/dryer. The amenities are amazing as well. I've been able to use the beautiful clubhouse several times for family events and holiday parties. There is also a gym with plenty of equipment and the pool is gorgeous. Overall, Winhall is a great value for the money and close to everything a person would need in West Des Moines and easy interstate access.
