For apartment living, it doesn't get nicer or more spacious than this. We loved the different and unique floorplans, the accent walls, the toasty fireplace in the winter, and the ample amount of closets! The maintenance is super speedy and well run. The pool is a delight to sit by and well maintained in the summer. We also love being so close to Hy-Vee, Aldi, Barntown, and Rusty's Tacos. The buildings are quiet, and the residents are polite! We also like the security of the buildings being locked. We have really loved The Winhall!
