I lived in other apartments in the Des Moines Area and this was by far the best in terms of price/value. The maintenance guy is knowledgeable and fixes stuff quickly, additionally he is good with renters pets. The rent is reasonable and the location is not far away from Jordan Creek mall or other convenience stores. My unit faced the interstate, something I had to get used to. The place is nothing special but also not bad either. The washer&dryer are somewhat old but it is still nice to have one in the unit. Contrary to the other posts my experience with the office staff was good, I guess it is because they changed management and this ------------ guy was not in charge anymore when I lived there. He is replaced by a very nice and helpful ----- lady, which I did not have any problems with.
