Crown Pointe Luxury Apartments

I have lived here awhile as well and although I too can/could speak to some of the positives - they still have a long ways to go in order to get back to where the property once was! Hopefully with the new staffing some of these changes will soon become more visible although they still do not have a fulltime on-site manager at Crown Pointe. This WAS an awesome complex! It is truly amazing that in a time when renting vs buying is higher than ever that Crown Pointe is not full - amazing, but unfortunately for good reason. Kathryn ran many of the tenants, as well as the property, into the ground. And eventhough they have new onsite management - Kathryn is still a property manager for TMG, and TMG still owns the property - just fyi. Just saying - Do your homework - the last reviewer is right - the positives don't get talked about very often, but that speaks loudly for this place, too. This property has been here since the late 90's - most of the negative reviews have come under TMG's watch. Many of the items getting negative reviews still haven't changed. ...the grounds still have issues - interior hallways have never been repainted since it was built, lighting still isn't working on about half of the buildings outside which makes the parking areas dark at night, as well as, making them feel a little unsafe/less secure, etc., etc. So anyway - you get the idea - from management to maintenance - I really do hope things turn around! I mean really? Is it that tough to change some light bulbs? Come on...How many TMG employees does it take?? lol!
