The property appears nice and well kept. The office staff comes off as very pleasant. Upon moving in I learned the wall are very thin. I could hear and smell everything from my neighbors apartment. I was also discouraged with how my kids were treated by other community members. They were Elle??™s at for being too loud in the outdoor pool area. It??™s an outdoor pool and they are kids. It??™s not supposed to be quiet. I was also disappointed with office staff when I moved out. I bought my lease out and was quoted (in writing) one price and told that price would continue to decrease the longer I stayed. Two days later upon providing my written notice, the price increased by $300 (even though I had a lower quote in writing. The office staff was not helpful in resolving this issue. Upon receipt of my final bill the office staff contacted me multiple times asking for payment (mind you I had a certain period of time to pay the bill and was not late in my payment). It was a very discouraging experience and I quickly learned that like most business owners, this rental company only cared about the money and not their tenants. I am glad to be done with that property and will not recommend it to anyone I care about.

Our staff takes pride on being able to offer an apartment home that meets our resident's needs while also offering top of the line amenities. We welcome our residents to contact the office with any concerns regarding noise or neighbors. The early termination fee is listed in the lease and we do apologize if there was a misunderstanding.
