I had no problem with the apartment itself. My problems were with the management. Jackie has horrible customer service: she NEVER returned my calls, emails, or notes left in the office. No one was EVER there during "office hours." As I was trying to move out, I needed to talk with her and she would not call me back. I tried for 3 weeks before I left to see her or speak with her to no avail. It took her 4 more weeks, after I was already gone, to respond to me...WITH A BOGUS BILL. For some reason, I owed them cleaning fees, even though I scrubbed the apartment from top to bottom. Since I wasn't there for the walk through, I can't dispute it, even though I tried and tried. I even contacted her boss to complain, and it did absolutely no good. If she weren't there, I would definitely recommend this complex, but as long as she's the manager, stay away!!!
