Not all it's cracked up to be.
I've lived here for a while, the first thing I would tell a new renter is that the walls are THIN. You need to have a high tolerance for noise, and pets. They may advertise no pets, but there are plenty of dogs and cats all over the place. I don't mind them, but be aware of poo on the premises. The laundry rooms will regularly eat your quarters, and are usually unlocked and a mess. If something isn't working in your apartment, you will wait months for repairs. On top of all that, the management has no issue with expressing his anger toward tenants- I've seen him yell at people, mostly women. Add to the mix the slowly creeping up rent, with higher rates for people with low credit, and it just isn't worth the headache. There are places nearby that are bigger, with lower price tags- even accounting or utilities being included here.Share This Review
