Resident 2016 - 2017

tomorrow. I can have her give you a call back if you like?" I said sure even though I knew what was going to happen, no call. As to nobody's surprise I indeed received no call from jill. I again waited around 3 days and decided on calling again, no answer, and i left them again another voicemail. Come to 31 days after my lease ended, I called AGAIN and no answer. This time i left a voicemail explaining that it was ridiculous how long this was taking and that under Idaho Law if you don't receive anything even regarding your security deposit any landlord owes you the whole thing back, I let them know it would be awesome to discuss this with them if they ever answered or called me back. Come to 34 days after my lease ended I received mail from Central Pointe. At first I was excited about opening it but then i realized that its Central Pointe and i'd be lucky to move out without losing an arm and a leg. I opened the letter and there it was... a petty check for a tremendous amount of... wait for it... 58 cents. 58 cents. I almost laughed. Central Pointe did what it does best, Ignoring its residents and ------- them over. My security deposit was $400 when I moved in. I knew when moving out I wouldn't get the whole thing back with carpet cleaning fees and such, but 58 cents? I then opened the letter explaining how they divided up all of my money. They took $100 out for cleaning the carpets. Okay, standard. $145 out for cleaning oven vent, kitchen floor, and fridge. What a slap to the face that was. These petty girls did not need cleaning anything. Myself and two other people SCRUBBED that apartment. F10 had never looked better. F10 was more clean then when I had moved in. The fridge was scrubbed til it was white, and two of us got on our hands and knees and scrubbed my already clean kitchen floor. The oven vent? Oh, that was the same as it was when i moved in, stained a dirty beige. $148 huh? Alright I guess. The next charge not only pissed me off, but any of my friends who spent time in my apartment. $135 to replace livingroom blinds. Any friend of mine would vouch that those blinds were open all day everyday. I like the natural light and... why close them? I live on the second floor, nobody can even see up here. $135 to replace a set of "damaged" blinds. Cool. Moral of these facts folks, do not under any circumstances move into Central Pointe. The front office ladies are petty, lazy, and rude. Not to mention above all the entire atmosphere of the complex is utterly depressing. I'm a happy guy and I made my apartment reflect that as much as I could, but nothing could beat the drug addicts living underneath me! Do not under any circumstances move into Central Pointe Apartment Homes. If you do, all that awaits you is for the dementor that is Jill to suck away all your money and happiness.
