You Will Love It!!!!

Best place to live in Boise!!! Great downtown locations, close to everything. No visitor parking because of the downtown location, who gets free parking downtown????? The office staff is wonderful, and the apartments are very quite. Maintenance guys get your maintenance done quickly. There are fire alarms, but 300 hundred people live in one block area. . . Who doesn't burn their food once in a while! You can't beat the rent either!!!!

    THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

i am stuck in a one year lease. i thought this place was great "AT FIRST". now i realize what a mistake i made. the parking is totally "VISITOR UNFRIENDLY"!!! your guests have to wait till after 5pm or on the weekends to visit or they will pay a large parking fee!!! the parking garage is kinda scary especially at night. i've seen homeless people in there, they might even be living in there! the elevtors are ancient!(very slow) and most of time stink like urine! there is often throw up around the elevator areas probably from one of the young drunks that live here and there are many!!! often leaving beer bottles around as well. There are many young, inconsiderate people that live here and dont care how much noise they make especially in the courtyard in the middle of the night, most likely they are drunk or on drugs! your windows are right next to the courtyard and YOU WILL be woken up in the middle of the night and it will sound like they are in your livingroom!!!And as far as security, well that is a joke!!! i just called them about an hour ago and the number was… See More>

      I hated it here!

I moved in here to save some money but it was not worth the trouble. I lived in building 190 and there were false fire alarms all the time! The security is a joke! People just let anyone in the doors and with no cameras to monitor who is coming and going it is really not that safe. There was no onsite security. During the weeknights a security company drove through the parking lot twice a night and during the weekend they were there more often. Cars were getting broke into while I was still living there (may 2006) and the homeless slept in the stair wells during the winter sometimes! The parking guys (I called them parking ----’s) were so rude! I found it very inconvenient that you couldn’t have overnight guests during the week without them having to pay $12. If you get up at 6am you can avoid the $12 parking fee but who wants to get up that early? During the summer month’s people go out into the court yards at all hours of the night, the yelling and laughing woke me up all… See More>

        So so....

Ok, I have lived here for 6 Months and yes the fire alarms drive me crazy but hey crap happens. I have never heard my neighbors, I am loud, and they haven't heard me. The parking isn't that bad and people who come over need to just come over at 5pm and leave before 7am. Its not that hard. My friends have even been towed from the future resident parking and yeah I got mad but they were dumb to park there. I like the security and knowning that if I have a problem I can call Wackenhut and they will help me out.

          Avoid like the Plaque

Sure it looks nice on the outside but there is horror on inside- the firealarm gets pulled every month somtimes even twice a day and it's just a false alarm- the parking sucks because you have to share it with the Idaho Water employees next door and if you can't find a spot the parking people want you to park in the next building when you live in the other and you get ticketed for parking in the wrong spot for just 10 minutes. In order to pick up packages from the office- you have to park in the garage and get the package if you're just dropping by and can not park in the "future residence" spots which is crock especially when you're just stopping by for 1 minute to pick up that package that has school textbooks in them (that was my case). Even overnight vistors will get charged for parking there unless it's on a Saturday or Sunday, even with a two bedroom and roommates you're only aloud 1 parking spot - you live less then 5 feet away from the St. Lukes Employee parking garage so be prepared for constint sirens- the elevators are slow and… See More>
