Location is convenient to some useful activities but also near housing for recent parolees (3 blocks to east, called "Felon Flats"). Park is convenient to homeless who hang out there and occasionally freeze there. Convenient to underage college students who drink and party there. Management went down hill after out-of-towners bought it and hired Riverstone to manage it. More staff so they were always around but did not accomplish anything. A truly dishonest management company in many ways. I was with a fellow resident parent as the police came to have her child identify a possible suspect who tried to get her 6? year old son into a car; probably not a resident but someone trolling the park for kids. Seemed like very thin walls but I don't have other apartment experience to compare that to.
